The process of painting a wall red

Months it took to convince Matt to paint our big wall red: 17
Fights with Matt on how to go about painting: 5
Times I fell off the counter: 1
Paintbrushes used: 6
Trips to Home Depot/Walmart: 5
Stains on our clothes 1
Times Matt asked "Do you really think we need a second coat?" 9
Coats painted: 3
Months before I will ever paint again: 12 (at least!)


I finally finished it last night after working on it all weekend! It looks great and I love it! Matt even likes it, which says a lot. I will put pictures up when I get my camera fixed.

YAHOO.....the red wall is done!!!
I can't wait to see the finished "masterpiece." I hope that Mush didn't get any "red" paint dripped onto that pretty "white" coat of his.

I wish I could have been a little mouse watching that painting project. Sorry that we missed Matt's call tonight but we will try to connect sometime this week.

Also, I love your baby niece's picture by the way. So sweet....

Yes, I fell off the counter! Lost my balance by the sink, and there I went. Luckily I landed on my feet. Hey, I've had stupider accidents!
