Matt and I had a fun time going on a Mexican Cruise after Thanksgiving. We went with Matt's brother Mike, and Mike's buddy, Eric. The cruise went to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas. Although this was our second time going on this cruise, we loved every second of it.
We especially loved the beautiful beaches, and the fun cruise experience. We did things on the boat like dance, play bingo and other games, dress up on formal night, EAT, EAT, EAT! swim, go to the hot tub, the gym, lay out, and relax in our room, and watch comedian and magic shows onboard.
Onshore we had fun snorkeling, shopping, swimming, sailing, hanging out with the locals, finding our own secluded island, and relaxing on any beach we could find.
Some crazy things that happened: getting bit by a pelican and stung by a jellyfish! (Andria). While trying to find a certain waterfall the signs kept saying "2 miles away", then we'd walk 2 miles, then the sign would say "2 miles away", so we finally gave up. (but we found a cool restaurant with a slightly smaller waterfall next to it).
Afterwards we went to a BYU game in San Diego with some friends (guess whose idea that was). It was a fun game-Go BYU!
It was nice to escape the cold Utah weather for a week. Thanks Mike for taking us!!
