Showers and Baths

So Amelia got to go to her own baby shower on Saturday! This one was for Linda's (Matt's mom's) friends, and it was supposed to be on March 7th, but since Amelia came early, they pushed it to the 21st, and Amelia got to go. Although she was asleep in her car seat the entire time, it was fun to have her there so that people could see her.

I didn't get any pictures at the shower (oops) but here is the cute outfit she wore to it:



Also, her umbilical cord finally fell off, so she got to take her first real bath! We were afraid she would hate it because she screamed every time we did the sponge bath, but she loved it! I'm hoping she'll love the water like her mom, and go swimming with me this summer!
